How we came into existence:
“We are just a startup Company...”Emazon was created for the purpose of satisfying Customers as we have said countless times on our website. The creation of Emazon was inspired at how Customers don't get satisfied whenever it comes to online shopping. There are a bunch of complaints when it comes to online shopping. To solve tons of this problems, Emazon was created. Emazon is one of the companies under the Emzzy Group which is a parent Company of many other Companies.

Like we have said that we are still a startup Company, so currently we do not have many delivery options for now. But we can promise you that as we keep growing, we will provide many more delivery options for you our Customers.
As at now, the delivery options we have for you our Customers are :
1. We will be delivering your product to you to the nearest Post-Office to you. The cost of this will be determined according to your Product and the day you want that Product.
2. We also do door delivery which we know will put a big smile on your face.
We plead with you to please endure with us as we keep on growing.
Enough of our Delivery Options let us now talk about our Return Policies:
As a Customer of Emazon shopping store, you are entitled to the following:
1. Within a 15 days count, you are able to return any product you feel is not working well.
2. You also have the chance to tell our Team about any difficulty you encountered while on our website. You can report any problem to our team by sending an email to Emazon241@gmail.com.
3. On our e-mail which is Emazon2412gmail.com, you can also inform us of any suggestions. All we are trying to say is that we welcome both Negative and Positive feedbacks

On Emazon we accept several payment methods which are as follows:
1. Pay on Delivery which will be given to our Courier Men before the Products are being presented to our Customers. Payment on delivery can be done with cash and Transfers.
2. Paying on our website: Thanks to Ecwid.com we @Emazon receive payments online and we can tell you that all your details are 100% protected from anyone. We accept all forms of debit cards legal in your geographic location.
3. You can also pay to the Post-Office if you have selected the delivery via Post-Office option.
